What kinds of widgets are available for a report? The widget library spans several types, filterable as Grid, Chart, Gauge, or Matrix, covering areas like software totals and platform breakdowns, vulnerability and patch summaries, and alert severity counts. Examples seen include Total Softwares, Total Softwares By Platform, Software Utilization Report, and Alert Severity Count By Module.
Can a report run automatically on a schedule? Yes. Enabling Report Schedule adds an Export Type (such as PDF), a Schedule frequency (Every Hour, Every Day, Every Week, Every Month, or a Cron Expression), a Job Time and Job Day, and a Delivery email with Recipients.
Do I see what the report looks like before creating it? Yes. A live Report Preview pane updates as widgets are added, showing the actual layout and data rather than just a list of selected widget names.
What happens if a widget has no data for the current scope? The widget still renders in the report but shows a "No Data Found" state instead of a populated table or chart.
